I found the location ideal near Plaza Nueva. Restaurants are very close making it easy to walk everywhere. The metro is also easily accessible from the hotel. The bed was comfortable.

The see-thru glass walls in the ensuite bathroom do not offer much privacy.

the reception staff were very friendly at check in and check out they offered information on the city. my room was large the bed was comfortable and ac worked well. i loved the spacious bathroom it had a great shower.

the entrance was not on the street listed so it was impossible to find without our friendly taxi driver.

the location was central. the staff were friendly and cute. the room was spacious (i had space to work). i especially liked the inviting atmosphere when i returned in the evenings after exploring.

the room was slightly dark due to limited natural light.
